As everybody known Taiwan is quite famous for street food in the Night market. And there's a very famous slang said "Don't ask, just eat." because once you know what is it you'll never try. So be brave just enjoy the unknown food in Taiwan.

.Stinky tofu

Yes, no doubt it's on my top of "you must try food list". I know you won't like its smell but after you bite you'll love it. There're two types of stinky tofu in Taiwan, fried one (also known as Hong Kong style) or steamed one.

.Taiwanese fried chicken

You can easily find Taiwanese fried chicken vendors on the street. There are various food you can choose to fried, chicken, squid, sweet potato, bean ... etc. And it's the best combination with beers. One bite chicken, one sip beer make you a wonderful life.

.Luwei

"What! a DUCK HEAD? Are you kidding me." Don't be frightened. I know some of you don't like to see heads on the dinning table but it's really yummy and taste really good. "Dong San Duck Head" is famous for dry Luwei, also there's another type called heating Luwei.

.Pig blood cake

"What is it? the black one." Lots of my friends will ask me after they see pig blood cake. And I know it will be a challenge to them if they heard the word BLOOD. Some of you might dislike the strong taste of coriander, you can ask the vendor no coriander.

.Vermicelli

Oyster and intestine vermicelli is one of typical delicious Taiwanese street food. You can choose only put oyster or intestine if you are allergic to something. Put some chilly sauce on it, you'll enjoy it a lot. That's what I like. The most famous one is "AY-CHUNG flour rice noodle" in Ximending but I prefer the one in Rouhe Night Market.

.Pepper Cake

You'll see the very long line in the entrance of Rouhe Night Market. Yes, it is the queue for Pepper Cake, the most famous one vendor in Taipei.

.Bubble tea

Nowadays you can find bubble tea shops worldwide. I think nobody dislike its taste and chewing the bubbles.
