．Free Wi-Fi & SIM
Don't worry we have Free Wi-Fi in the airport. And here will be the telecom company selling the SIM card before you pass through the custom. The airport packet only can be bought from here or TSA airport ( the one in Taipei city). I recommend you to buy Chunghwa or Taiwan Mobile because the signal is better.
If you only travel around Taipei and don't want to buy the SIM card you can apply for TPE-Free.
The opening hour is from 8am~10pm
Then you can take airport line to Taipei Main Station, the fare is TWD160. It's convenient for you to get the EZ card here then you can use in airport line, Taipei metro & buses, all the convenience store and lots of shops.

If you take the taxi direct from airport normally the fare is over TWD1000. If you need pick up or driver to airport service I can help you to arrange the fare is only TWD900 for taxi/ TWD1400 for van.
